The number of available Single- and Double-rooms is quite restricted. If you wish this type of accommodation please make your booking as soon as possible.

Details and information regarding the levels of standard:

-High Standard with private bathroom: these completely newly renovated rooms are in the main house.Bed linen and bath towels are included.

-Medium Standard with common bathroom (1 – 3 beds): These renovated rooms are in the mainhouse and in the brick house, partly furnished with sinks.Toilets and showers are shared in common with others. NEW: Bed linen and 1 bath towel are included.

-Dormitory: These rooms are either on the top floor of the main house or in the old gompa or in the „Stöckli.“They share bathrooms in common. Please bring along your sleeping bag.

-If you stay longer than 1 week you have the option to change bed linens, for an additional fee of 5 Euros / 6 SFR.

For people with low income a financial reduction on accommodation is possible. Please send us your application by Email and attach the necessary documents.

We will select a Volunteer Team and contact you in advance.

At the end of retreat each participant should remove the bed linens and put fresh ones on the bed in their place.

■ Payment(please read the new rules carefully for this retreat):

1. Retreat costs must be paid fully upon registration (100 %). This payment is necessary to ensure proper consideration of your request for accommodation directly at the Center. Then, please also note the following:

2 . The lodging fee is payable only at the time of confirmation of accommodation. In the event that there will be no available rooms at the RIC, you will be directed to different hotels near the Center. You will be asked to book and pay for your room directly with these institutions.For those who may be accommodated at the Center, and only after our confirmation email, you may either pay for your room at the RIC in full (100 %), or by a deposit of 50 % (the remaining 50% shall be paid upon arrival).

For those individuals whose banks do not have a SEPA payment option, it will be possible to make payment in full at the Center, upon arrival.

3 –Cancellation

UP TO 26th June 2014

Money will be fully refunded with a deduction of 30 CHF to cover office charges.

UP TO 17th July 2014 : 50% refund AFTER 18th July 2014 : No refund.

Please inform us as soon as possible so that others may participate.

In exceptional cases it is possible to deviate from these rules. The decision will be taken after written and reasoned request. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance, with full refund, in the event of illness, to cover 100% of incurred costs. (Allianz global assistance)
