On the weekend of January 18-19, diocesan pro-life and youth ministry directors are invited to assemble area students/pilgrims who will be making pilgrimages to distant Masses, rallies, marches, and other events marking the Roe anniversary. As schedules allow, bishops are encouraged to preside at Mass or a Holy Hour for these young pilgrims, and to formally bless them before their journey and upon their return. Youth and young adult ministers are also encouraged to incorporate the “Nine Days for Life” novena either into their regular programming or as a separate event. Additional resources will be provided on the USCCB website.

ANNULMENTS (Declarations of Nullity)
The Tribunal of the Diocese of Bismarck assists Bishop David D. Kagan D.D., P.A., K.C.L., in his ministry to serve the people of our Diocese. As part of this ministry, the office of Canonical Services is pleased to announce the implementation of an expanded service to this area. By way of video conferencing our tribunal staff is now available on a weekly basis to assist divorced Catholic and non-Catholic persons who may be seeking clarity and/ or an explanation about the annulment process. GoToMeeting is a confidential and secure way to conduct online collaborative, face to face interviews and meetings between a tribunal auditor and anyone interested in the annulment process. An interview is recommended in order to begin the process. The purpose of the meeting would be to get a general overview of the basis for an annulment and to obtain the paper-work necessary to get the process started. Our secure and confidential site is located at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 707 16th Ave SW, Minot, ND 58701. If you have any questions or wish to schedule an appointment, please call 1-701-204-7203
