ALL SCHOOL

·  PBIS Good morning students. As we are closer to the end of the semester and closing in on Christmas break it is imperative that we make it a priority to be on time for school. The PBIS team recognizes that to be successful in life the first step is to show up and on that note on time are the key words. Remember to leave the house earlier in the morning when weather is bad outside. The cafeteria is open at 7:30 a.m. every day for early students. The outside doors open at 7:55a.m. for all to enter. Make an effort to improve your time to school in the morning to start off your day on the path to success.(12/12)

·  Attention Seniors Each of you should have received a copy of the Senior Important Information Booklet. If you are in need of a booklet, please stop in the Principal’s Office. Please be aware that our first deadline for your diploma information will be December 12th. Please read and complete the Signed Commitment & Diploma Information Page and return it to the tray in the Principal’s Office. Do not wait until the last minute to complete this form. Please keep in mind, if we do not have a completed from by Thursday, December 12, 2013, we will print your name on your diploma as it appears in our database. Again the deadline is Thursday, December 12, 2013. (12/12)

·  Your Class Rings Are In Jostens will be here next week on Thursday, December 19th to deliver the Class Rings. He will be set up in the cafeteria during lunch. If you have a balance on your ring it will be due at this time. If you are still interested in ordering a Class Ring, please stop in Cafeteria on Thursday, December 19th to get the information to mail your order in. ·  ATTENTION SLACKERS! You're help is needed, once again, this Friday after school to help pack away the book fair. As always, this is a great way to earn service hours. (12/13)

·  Yearbook Have you considered that years from now there will be no Facebook, Twitter or Instagram? How will you look back on your glory days if you can't access your pictures? How will you show your progeny your hilarious friends, unique hair style, or questionable fashion choices? Purchase the Brush High School Yearbook and always have this link to your past as part of your present. The final day to order is December 20, 201. (12/13)

·  Drama Attention, auditions for this year’s spring musical, The Music Man will be held next week, Dec 16 and 17. Make sure to sign up for an appointment outside RM C115 for Dec 16th. EVERYONE is invited to audition!!!! Hope to see you there.(12/16)

·  The Brush Drama Club will be presenting the one act, "13 Ways to Screw Up a College Interview." directed by senior Nate Diamond and junior Matt McLoughlin. It will be presented this Friday, Dec 13 at 3:30 in the PAC. Admission is free. Come out and support the Brush Drama Club.(12/13)

·  Soundsation band members, see you this evening from 6:30-8. Run thru at 6:30. Be on time..(12/11)

·  The MAC Diamonds will meet on Thursday at 3:00 pm in Room A105. This is a dress up meeting.(12/12)

·  Attention MAC Scholars: There will be a meeting after school Wednesday, December 11, 2013 in A103. This meeting is for already inducted scholars only. Also, anyone who has not already turned in their Holiday Family money, please bring it in immediately as we must have our donations ready to go next week.(12/11)

·  THE BOOK FAIR IS HERE! THE BOOK FAIR IS HERE! The wait is finally over!

The Fair will be open for shopping throughout the day and will be here until Friday. You may visit before or after school, or during your study hall. Remember, this is a great opportunity to get some of your holiday shopping done! There are items for preschoolers up through high schoolers. Come check it out! (12/13)

·  BOOK CLUBBERS! If you haven't picked up your copy of "Eleanor and Park" there are still copies available in the library. We will be meeting this Friday to discuss chapters 1 through 29. Hope to see you all there!(12/13)

SPORTS

·  Football Attention all football players, our off season lifting starts today after school in the weight room at 3:15, be dressed and ready to go. Any 9th, 10th or 11th grader not in a winter sport and interested in playing football next year please plan on attending today as well. See Coach Wells with any questions.(12/11)

·  Bowling The boys & girls teams take on rival Mayfield at Freeway lanes in Wickliffe on Thursday at 4:15. Admission is free, so come watch the Arcs roll over Wildcats

·  Volunteer Hours Opportunity Student volunteer opportunity - Basketball game Concession stand

Brush PTSA needs volunteers for the concession stand during girls and boys basketball games.
