By virtue of an ORDER OF SALE issued by the 219th District Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 3rd day of December, 2014, in the case of:

City of McKinney, Collin County, Collin County CCD, McKinney ISD vs. Saerah M Alam, Et Al

Case: 219-02972-2013, and directed and delivered to me as Constable of Precinct 1, Collin County, Texas, I have levied upon this 17th day of December, 2014, and will, between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, on the first Tuesday of February, 2015, it being the 3rd of said month, at the courthouse door of Collin County, Texas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder with cash in hand, unless otherwise exempted, all the right, title and interest which the said Saerah M. Alam, et al, had of, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:

ACCOUNT I. R0861009001B1 BEING BLOCK 9, LOT 1B, OF THE T. T. BRADLEY ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MCKINNEY, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN CLERK'S FILE NOS. 93-0101809 & 96-0097337, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, a/k/a 313 N. BRADLEY, MCKINNEY, TX.

Said property is levied upon as the property of Saerah M. Alam, et al, and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 28th day of October, 2014, in favor of City of McKinney/McKinney Independent School District/Collin County/Collin County Community College District and against the said Saerah M. Alam, et al for the sum of $15,982.84 principal from the 28th day of October, 2014, court costs of $1,221.00 and further costs of executing this writ.

NOTICE: This property may have other liens, taxes due or encumbrances, which may become the responsibility of the successful bidder.
