The combined meeting for Alabama and Georgia will be held July 17-19, 2015. The location will be the Callaway Gardens Mountain Creek Inn in Pine Mountain Georgia. Room rates are $102.00 for the Mountain Creek Inn. Call 1-800CALLAWAY to make your reservation. Be sure to mention the hearing aid societies when you call. The cutoff for reserved rooms is June 17. Don’t miss out on this great rate.
We will start the weekend off with a friendly GOLF Tournament for all skill levels. Rekindle those golf connections and create new ones. We will follow that with a Welcome Reception on Friday evening from 6 to 8 in the manufacturers exhibit area. This will include, hors d’oeuvres, 2 free drinks for each paid attendee and cash bar available. Be sure to check out the exhibits and get up to date with the manufacturers who support this meeting.
Saturday will start with a breakfast buffet for paid attendees, followed by 6 hours of education, and business meetings for both states. We have left the evening free to enjoy the resort.
Max Stanley Chartrand, PhD., BC-HIS, director of DigiCare Behavioral Research will be our keynote speaker. His topics include The Motivational Case History(finding solutions begins with identifying problems), Professionalism & Ethics (the IHS code of ethics), Advanced Video Otoscopy (protocols, materials & methods in dispensing practice), How To Give Dazzling Consumer Presentations in Your Community, and Tinnitus & Amplification (the best solution is in the hands of dispensing professionals).
The entire meeting gives you the opportunity to earn 10 CEUs. For Alabama and Georgia licensees, this will include the required hours for medical, ethics and patient management. DON’T MISS OUT.
