PROCLAIMED OFFENDERS ARRESTED

The special team of PS Bhalswa Dairy arrested a proclaimed offender namely Bharat Yadav s/o Dewta Din Yadav r/o H.No.92, Gali No.7, 33 futa road, Shiv Vihar, PH-II, Delhi. He was declared P.O. on 26.11.2012 by the Hon'ble Court of Sh. Jitender Singh, MM, Karkarduma Courts in FIR No. 011/08 u/s 279/338 IPC, PS Gokal Puri, Delhi. HC Dhan Singh and Ct. Ajay Kumar received a secret information about the presence of proclaimed offender Bharat Yadav in the area of Karkarduma. They laid a trap and apprehended him from Karkari More, Karkarduma, Delhi.

THREE BURGALRS ARRESTRED WITH THE HELP OF CCTV FOOTAGE AND COMPLETE CASE PROPERTY RECOVERED

Ø  Three accused arrested.

Ø  three LPG cylinders and amplifier music system recovered

With the arrest of three burglars, Staff of PS Maurya Enclave, Distt. North West has solved two cases of house theft/burglary and recovered complete case property.

INCIDENT

On 26.11.2012 morning, it was found that three LPG gas cylinders and complete music system of SD Public School, BU Block Pitam Pura have been stolen by some unknown persons. The spot was visited by Crime Team and local beat staff and as per statement of school authorities, a case was registered vide FIR No. 334/12 u/s 380 IPC PS Maurya Enclave and investigation was taken up.

INVESTIGATION AND INTERROGATION

A team comprising of HC Satbir Singh, Ct Yograj and Ct Mahesh enquiries with the school staff and it was found that CCTV was installed in the school premises and school authorities were smart enough to get the CCTV on at night also. Some images of the accused persons were captured in the CCTV while stealing the gas cylinders. Local beat staff got developed the CCTV footage relating to the suspects and worked on the basis of those photographs and after thorough investigation, staff was able to zero-in on two persons namely Santosh@ Maiksu s/o Ram Chander Sharma r/o Jhuggi No.181, AU Block Ekta Camp Pitampura, Delhi and Lal Babu@ Badshah s/o Bikau Pashwan R/O Jhuggi No.209, AU Block, Pitampura Delhi as they were residing in the nearby JJ Cluster and they were looking probably similar to the photographs. On 1.12.12 Santosh @ Maiksu and Lalbabu @ Badshah were apprehended and interrogated. During investigation, they confessed about their offence and one gas cylinder and music system amplifier was recovered from their possession. As per their instance, another accused Shivji Pashwan s/o Kishnu Pashwan r/o Jh. No. 296, AU Block Pitam Pura, Delhi was also arrested and two other gas cylinders were also recovered from his possession.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSONS

All the three accused persons namely Lal Babu@ Badshah, Santosh@ Maiksu and Shivji Pashwan are illeterate and born in bihar.

  2. One Amplifier complete music system

Further investigation is in progress and involvement of the gang with other similar offences is being ascertained.

Whereas conditions exist in which unrestricted carrying of fire arms (including licensed fire arms), cudgels, swords, spears, bludgeons, knives sticks and lathi’s including flag staff ( excluding those, which is less than 75 cm in length and 2 cm thick) or any other article which is capable of being used for causing physical violence and carrying of any corrosive substance or explosive and carrying, collection or preparation of stones or other missiles or instruments or men of casting or impelling missiles, is likely to cause danger to public peace and public safety in the union territory of Delhi.

2. And whereas I have reasons to believe that circumstances exists where carrying of concealed arms/fire/explosive etc. inside any place of public amusement etc., is likely to cause danger to human life, safety, disturbance of public tranquility or a riot.

3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the virtue of section 144 Cr. P.C. 1973 (No.2 of 1974) read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, and Notification No. U-11036-UTL, dated 09.09.2010, I, Ved Prakash Surya, Asstt. Commissioner of Police, Sub-Div. Seema Puri, North East District, Delhi do hereby prohibit the any person ( excluding person in service or employee of the Govt. required by his superiors or by the nature of his duty to carry weapon or unless exempted by me or any other authorized by me in this behalf).

a) From carrying of fire arms ( including licensed fire arms), cudgels, swords, spears, bludgeons, knives sticks and lathi’s including flag staff (excluding those, which is less than 75 cm in length and 2 cm thick) or any other article which is capable of being used for causing physical violence.

b) From carrying of any corrosive substance or explosive.

c) From carrying collecting or indulging in the preparation of stones or other missiles or instruments or other of casting or impelling missiles.

In any place of public in the jurisdiction of Sub-Division Seema Puri, Delhi.

Any person, profession, believing or following the Sikh faith may carry or possess with him a KIRPAN.

4. This order shall come into force with effect from 30.11.12 shall effective for a period of 60 days up to 28.01.2013 (both days inclusive) unless withdrawn earlier.

5. Any person contravening this order shall be punished in accordance with the provision of clause (a) of Sub Section (2) of section 113 of the Delhi Police Act-1978 (34 of 1978) which provides punishment or imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than four months but which may extend to one year and shall also be liable to fine.

6. As the notice cannot be served individually on all concerned, the order is hereby passed ex-parte. It shall be published for the information of the public through the press and by affixing copies of the notice boards of the offices of District DCsP, Addl. DCsP, ACsP, Tehsil Offices, all Police Stations concerned and the offices of the MCD/NDMC.

Whereas report have been received that Pan cigarette and aerated drinks shop are kept open till late in the night and the same attract gathering of person who cause annoyance to the neighbourhood and indulge in quarrels having the potential of escalating into riotous situation and also disturb public tranquility and endanger human life in the jurisdiction of Sub Division GokulpuriDelhi.

2. And whereas to prevent annoyance to public, danger to human life and disturbance to public tranquility, it is necessary to take speedy measures to prevent the forming such gathering of persons in the late hours of the night.

3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred upon me by the virtue of section 144 Cr. Whereas report have been received that Pan cigarette and tobacco shops are operating near Educational Institutions which cause annoyance to the student, Non smokers and public at large and also disturb public tranquility and endanger human life in the jurisdiction of Sub Division Gokul Puri, Delhi.

2. And whereas to prevent endanger to life of students, non smokers and public, prevent smoking as well as passive smoking near education institutions to prevent annoyance to students, public danger to human life and disturbance to public tranquility, it is necessary to take speedy measures to prevent the selling of tobacco items near educational institutions in a radius to 100 yards.

3. Now, therefore, I Brijendra Kumar Yadav, Asstt. Commissioner of Police, Sub-Division Gokal Puri, North East District, Delhi in exercise of the power conferred upon me by virtue of section 144 Cr. P.C. 1973 (No.2 of 1974) read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi’s Notification No. U-11036/1/2010-UTL, dated 09.09.2010 do hereby make this written order, prohibit selling of pan, cigarettes and any type of tobacco items in a radius of 100 yards near educational institutions in the jurisdiction Sub-Division Gokul Puri, Delhi.

4. This order shall come into force with effect from 04.12.2012 and shall remain in force for a period of 60 days i.e. up to 01.02.2013 (both days inclusive) unless withdrawn earlier.
