I filled up my truck with gasoline over the weekend. I had a half of tank of gas with my car that has a 15 gallon tank. The pumped charged me for 13 gallons of gas. Is it possible that the tank had the incorrect gauge? Is there a law that protects me from a gas station that over charges from gas?

A local water treatment company came to my house and tested my well water. They said that I need to filter my water and showed me the test. A day later they installed a water treatment system for $1,000. The morning of the installation I brought my water to another water testing company. They said the treatment was not needed and that my water was not harmful. They local company said that the installation was already scheduled and I couldn’t cancel. Is this true? Is there any law that can help me?

A swim and tennis club next to my house is allowing a band to come play until 2 am on Friday and Saturday night. I can’t get any sleep and they have refused to stop. I have a court date next week to stop this. What do I ask for at court next week?
