Submission process: Method of submission is by e-mail attachment of one PDF file to the Chair(s) of the Awards Committee of the Division of Inorganic Chemistry. The file should contain each of the following in this order: (1) this nomination form; (2) nomination letter for the student/preceptor team (page 4 of the form, or a separate attachment); (3)a one-page curriculum vitae or biographical sketch of the undergraduate student; (4) curriculum vitae or biographical sketch of the preceptor―maximum two pages; and (5) for the preceptor, proof of current ACS and DIC membership (copy of membership certificate, receipt, and/or pdf snapshot of “My Account” from the acs.org website showing active divisional membership in the DIC). A single merged PDF file containing the entire nomination package is required.
