STURMINSTER NEWTON TOWN COUNCIL

Object on the following grounds:

a. The development will result in an unsustainable increase in traffic along narrow roads connecting the site to the A357 & at the junction with that road.

b. The development proposed constitutes over-development especially with regard to the likely demand for parking spaces it would generate and which is neither adequately met on site nor capable of being met safely on nearby roads.

c. The style and density of the houses proposed is architecturally out of keeping with the surrounding built environment.

NORTH DORSET DISTRICT COUNCIL
