  1. At least 16 years of age
  2. Have been fully initiated into the Catholic Church (received the Sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation)
  3. Married in the Catholic Church, if married
  4. Living a Christian life in accordance with the laws of God and the Catholic Church, if single
  5. Someone who attends Mass regularly on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation and receive the Sacraments of the Holy Eucharist and Penance regularly.
