GENERAL SPONSOR OF THE AGROPRODMASH’2011 EXHIBITION

Type of Advertising / General Sponsor
I. Outdoor advertising at Expocentre Fairgrounds /
  • Production and placement of a 7.35 x 6.25 advertising banner of Sponsor on the back wall of Pavilion No.7 (in front of the exit from Vystavochnaya metro station) for the exhibition period.
  • Production and placement of an advertisement of Sponsor in two light-boxes (1.76 х1.80 m) located in the Fountain Hall of the West Entrance to Expocentre Fairgrounds.
  • Production and placement of two 6 x 3 banner of Sponsor at Expocentre Fairgrounds (location is subject to negotiation).
  • Placement of Sponsor’s logo marked as General Sponsor of Sviaz-Expocomm’2011 at all pavilion layout schemes.
  • Color highlight for the Sponsor’s stand and placement of the Sponsor’s logo at the exposition pavilion layout.

II. Advertising at the exhibition official website /
  • Placement of Sponsor’s advertising banner (380x60 pixels) hyperlinked to Sponsor’s website for the period of six months on the main page of the exhibition official website.

III. Advertising in the Exhibition Official Catalogue /
  • Sponsor’s logo marked as General Sponsor on the front page of the Exhibition Official Catalogue.
  • Advertising page of Sponsor (210 х260 mm) in the Exhibition Official Catalogue.
  • Text (up to 300 symbols) in the alphabetic part of the Catalogue and short information about Sponsor in the Product Index under 4-5 headings
+ a logo in the Alphabetic List of Participants.
IV. Advertising in the Exhibition Official Guide /
  • Sponsor’s logo marked as General Sponsor on the front page of the Exhibition Official Guide.
  • AdvertisingpageofSponsor.

V. Advertising in the visitor registration zones /
  • Placement of Sponsor’s advertisements in light-boxes and suspending posters in visitor registration zones (South Entrance: 1.2 х0.8 m, 1 item; North Entrance: 1 х1 m, 1 item; West Entrance: 1.2 х1 m, 1 item).

VI. Advertising in interactive terminals of the Exhibition Information and Advertising System (EIAS) /
  • Placement of Sponsor’s advertising banner in rotation mode on the main page of EIAS interactive terminals (6 pcs).
  • Placement of an advertising page and a color logo of Sponsor in the EIAS interactive terminals.

VII. Audio advertising at the exhibition /
  • Radio broadcasting during the exhibition of advertising, announcements and other information about Sponsor in pavilions and open-air territory (three times a day, up to 30 seconds long each).

VIII. Video advertising at the exhibition /
  • Broadcasting of Sponsor’s videos (15 seconds long) 100 times a day on all plasma panels in pavilions of the exhibition.

IX. Othertypesofadvertising /
  • Enclosure of information and advertising materials of Sponsor in a press package for press conference participants*.
  • Mention of the company’s sponsorship in the exhibition press release.
  • Granting the company the right to use an exclusive title “General Sponsor of Agroprodmash’2011” in its advertising campaign.
  • Granting Sponsor three invitations to the reception.

Total cost VAT included is 47,060 EUR

* In the event that the press conference is held.
