Worked with courthouse employees to clarify vague land descriptions. Exhibited persistence and creativity in resolving unclear property and lease parameters.

TURNER OIL AND GAS, South East Ohio, Multiple counties. February 2013 – December 2014.

Compiled information for mineral title chains, surface title chains, and leasehold title chains, as well as easements, liens, and mortgage information. Created reports, delineating ownership of minerals and leaseholds from patent to present, and explained potential issues effecting their desirability. Exhibited a high degree of precision and detail with reports, and was sometimes asked to review peers work at an official capacity to ensure accuracy. Also, due to a reputation for patience and knowledge, was sought by many co-workers for advice and help.
