  1. ISOApplication Form, including proposed targeted list of beneficiaries for follow-on Mango training
  2. Organization Certificate of Registration
  3. At least two samples of training course material designed/been adapted from other resources to be used in institution`s trainings
  4. Trainer Application Form for each nominated trainer
  5. CVs of nominated trainers
  6. Sample of training material developed/adapted by nominated trainer
  7. Freelance trainers need to prove that they did at least one training with the organization in the last year
