Only qualified bidders who purchased the bidding documents together with the non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php2,600.00) are allowed to participate in the bidding and encourage to attend the Pre-Bid Conference.

The provisions of RA 9184 and its implementing rules and regulations, shall govern all particulars relative to eligibility, bid and performance bond, bid evaluation and award of the contract.

The PRO 12 Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
