The teacher of Krasnogorsky College of Optics and Electronics

My name is Gurikov Sergey Rostislavovich, I was born in Moscow, and I graduated Moscow State Institute of Communications in 1991, with qualification - engineer of electric connection. In 1995 I graduated Moscow State Technical University named after N.A. Bauman on the basis of higher education. I got the second degree in teaching of information science. My industrial experience began since 1984 (as a technician and an engineer); pedagogical experience – since 1994. I’ve been working as a teacher of information science in Moscow secondary school № 1185 for five years. I’ve been working in Krasnogorsk College of Optics and Electronics since 2000 as the teacher of various numbers of disciplines in the sphere of informational technologies, such as “Architecture of ECM, nets and systems”, “Operational systems”, “Information technologies” etc.

My interests lay in the field of informational technologies. I do scientific and methodological work; I’m the author of more than 10 methodological textbooks for students, and lectures on various disciplines. I introduce my own program products and scientific and methodological projects into the educational process. I created the electronic manual on Turbo Pascal – the language of programming and also some testing programs on such disciplines, as: “Social sciences” and “Russian history”, which are widely used in the educational process in order to estimate students’ knowledge, abilities and skills. I have my own Web-resource in the Internet. I’m always in a search of the new information for my Web-site for the students who have hard times of dealing with educational material. I also created Web-sites for the teachers of foreign languages, history, literature, PE and optics branches.

Krasnogorsk College of Optics and Electronics, where I am presently working, provides the necessary environment for helping the teachers to form internal orientation, positive attitude to their own intellectual maturity. Krasnogorsk College is an experimental area of Russian Academy of Education, a regional center for the basic and further training and improving the qualification of personnel.

The subject of my dissertation is called “NNNNNNNNNN”. It definitely was not chosen just accidentally. I am positive confident that the values of self-realization and self-development and the idea of the liberated option of contents and ways of educational work ought to become the teacher’s # 1 priority. For providing a liberate, various and completely satisfying education for the needs of society there has to be a teacher, who has modern pedagogical views. The teacher needs to realize the meaning of full-value professional pedagogical work and understand the importance of applying the new informational technologies and forms of interaction, which would create more opportunities to a professional self-realization of students as future experts. In other words, the main point is to distinguish NNNNNNNNNN teacher in the capacity of integral component of his professional culture. It can be achieved by following circumstances:

  1. The increase of demands to a professional level of college teachers, their own and professional culture;
  2. The necessity of systematical forming NNNNNNNNNN with the registration of realizations of teachers’ educational needs;
  3. The necessity of resolving the contradictions between the level of solving the problems of professional education and the level NNNNNNNNNN of teachers.

Such approach makes a depend on necessity of detailed scientific analysis of a problem NNNNNNNNNN.

The supervisor of studies of the dissertation research is the doctor of pedagogical sciences, the director of Krasnogorsk College of Optics and Electronics – Mr. V. Demin
