Grandmaster Edward Lebe has more than 40 years of experience in Silat Minang (Indonesian Martial Arts). The Lebe family originated from Padang, West Sumatra. He has taught these styles in Chicago, Michigan, Great Britain, and France. He currently resides at Jakarta, Indonesia where he is one of the founders of Satria Muda and is a master of Baringin Sakti. He is also affiliated with IPSI (Ikatan Pencak Silat Indonesia).
Baringin Sakti is currently being taught to security and special units of the Indonesian Army in Indonesia.

Pencak Silat is the native fighting art of the Indonesian Archipelegro. While there are over 1,200 styles of Silat, all have their root in the Islands of Indonesia. Silat is noted for it’s brutal nature being especially effective against multiple opponents.
This Seminar will cover techniques from the core of Baringin Sakti Pencak Silat, touching on techniques from the Harimau, Kumango, and Lintau Systems.
This is a rare opportunity to study with a true Indonesian Master of Pencak Silat. For the first time touring the United States, Grandmaster Edward Lebe will be demonstrating Ground fighting , Palm Strikes, low kicking , and Sweeps of Baringin Sakti.
