The minutes of September 15, 2009 were approved.

STATEMENT by Presiding Officer: Adequate notice of this meeting was given
by posting a copy on the Township Bulletin Board and sending a copy to the Township Clerk, Echoes Sentinel and Courier News as required by the Open Public Meetings Act. All Commissioners are duly appointed volunteers working for the Township of Warren. We plan to adjourn by 10 PM.
Next meeting will be November 17, 2009 at the
Municipal building meeting room at 8:00 PM

I. From: NJDEP
To: French & Parrello Associates, P.A.
- This letter is to inform that the Bureau of Dam Safety & Flood Control is in receipt of plans for a proposed nature trail deck. The NJDEP granted approval for the proposed work with certain conditions as noted. Phil Lobo will contact the engineering department for more information. Katrina De la Cruz should contact the NJDEP to request a drawing and additional information, such as if the property is open to the public and if there is a dam.

II. Minutes from other boards or commissions:
- Township of Long Hill Environmental Commission regular meeting minutes of June 15, 2009 and August 3, 2009.
III. Other Correspondence:
The Commissioners received the ordinance book supplement (50 to Volume 1 and 26 to Volume II). They also received the 2009 Business Stimulus Fund (BSF) application from the NJDEP. The Commissioners discussed the application.
Discussion:
The Commissioners requested that Katrina De la Cruz contact Patricia DiRocco to find out how many additional members they can have. They also asked her to check if there were any regulations that stated that they must have two meetings per month in the future.
