Thank you for your interest in serving as a Market Place Ministry (MPM) exhibitor at the 2015 International Worship Summit to be held at The Westin Park Central, 12720 Merit Drive, Dallas, TX 75251. The dates are October 27-31, 2015, and this year marks our 10th Year Celebration! We are grateful for businesses that empower the kingdom via marketplace ministry, and we are elated to have you join and celebrate with us as an MPM exhibitor this year. As a preacher, speaker, facilitator, or participant of the conference, we would like to offer you the option of displaying your merchandise while you are at the conference.

To give you a sense of our audience for the Worship Conference, we are expecting more than 500 participants to gather from all over the United States and the world. Attendees will represent many churches, various denominations and cultures.

This Conference will be four (4) days of continuous worship, so attendees will stay at the Westin Park Central for the duration of the conference whether they are traveling from near or a distance.

The location of MPM will be on the second floor of the Westin Park Central. Exhibition space will be provided according to your response on the attached application. We ask that you bring your own covering to drape over your table when workshops and services are in progress. The tables are unsecured. The hotel is also unsecured; it is the responsibility of the MPM exhibitor to secure his/her products overnight. Please do not leave any cash or other valuables at your table overnight.

Section C

Terms & Regulations of Agreement

**Please initial each term. Your initials denote agreement.

1)  ______This contract becomes valid only after acceptance by EITI.

2)  ______Full payment and signed contract MUST be received by October 1, 2015. Space is not guaranteed after this date. The fees are $75.00 for Eagles and $125.00 for non-Eagles.

3)  ______RETURNED CHECKS DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS will be subject to a $35 service fee.

4)  ______ Space is limited; if a check is received after we have reached our MPM capacity, we will return the payment.

5)  ______ Booth sharing is not permitted. No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or appor- tion the whole or any part of the space allotted, or have products, signs, collateral or any other types of materials that are representative of any business other than the one listed on this contract.

6)  ______ We reserve the right to assign the location of each booth. Reasonable attempts will be made to allocate space based on exhibitor preference.

7)  ______Exhibitors agree to set-up after 3:00 pm on Wednesday. Set-up will not be allowed during the Conference hours. Dismantling and break-down of exhibits each evening will take place no later than thirty (30) minutes after the evening worship service.

8)  ______ Instructors will be asked to encourage class participants to visit MPM to make purchases before and after classes, but no items should be sold during the workshop class time.

9)  ______ We will provide one (1) table and two (2) chairs upon request.

10) ______ Vendors must secure and store all items properly when not in operation of conducting business. Please DO NOT leave any cash or other valuables overnight as minimum security is provided. EITI will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items. We will not provide security during the Conference hours. Exhibitors assume all responsibility to ensure that their booths comply with local city and provincial safety, fire and health ordinances and shall be insured for same. We will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for:

  1. any damage or injury to the Exhibitor, his/her employees or other persons;
  2. loss, damage, theft or destruction whatsoever or howsoever caused to any goods, equipment or property belonging to the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify EITI from a) loss, damage, injury, claims, costs & expenses.

11) ______No displays are to be attached to the wall with nails, screws, bolts, or permanent cement; nothing is to be suspended from the ceiling or rafters.

12) ______ Exhibitors may not use loudspeakers, microphones, amplifiers or any other machine that can interfere with other exhibitors and the marketplace ministry. Any equipment used must meet safety standards, must not put other participants of the Conference at risk, and must be approved by the Conference Director or designee.

13) ______ Items are not to be left on the floor in front of the booth.

14) ______ During the MPM schedule, you may distribute free samples, take orders for products, and sell merchandise.

15) ______ We reserve the right to use the exhibitor’s name for advertising and promotion of the conference.

16) ______ If EITI should be prevented from holding the Worship Conference by any cause beyond its control or if EITI cannot allow the Exhibitor to occupy the rented space due to uncontrollable circumstances including, but not limited to, fire, strike, civil disobedience, inclement weather, lockouts and/or acts of God, EITI will reimburse Exhibitors up to 50% of booth rental costs only. EITI shall have no further obligation or liability to the Exhibitor.

17) ______ All matters and questions not covered by these Terms & Regulations of Agreement are subject to the discretion of EITI. Additionally, EITI shall have full discretion in the interpretation and enforcement of all rules contained herein and the authority to make such amendments and such further rules and regulations governing the conduct of and participation in the show as it shall consider necessary for the proper presentation of the Conference.

18) ______ Exhibitor agrees to abide by all decisions of EITI and further agrees to cease any activity that EITI deems to be a violation of the terms.
