Essential Additional Factors
- Must hold a first level Registered Nurse Qualification with a current NMC professional identification number
- Experience in care of older people
- Excellent clinical knowledge and skills
- Previous management experience in a health and/or social care setting
- Prepared to develop self and undergo training
- To have numeracy and literacy levels appropriate to the standard required for the job role
- To have clear spoken English and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High standard of personal hygiene and appearance
- Willing to work shifts/weekends/nights and Bank Holidays on a rota basis
- Leadership and management qualification
- Experience or qualification in delivering training
- Be prepared to bring other skills to the workplace to enhance the customers individual lifestyle choices
