Over the past several years, we have had over sixty applications for thirty five positions. There is a high level of competition for staff, please give as much information about yourself as you can.

AGREEMENTI hereby authorize the YMCA of Pittsburgh, Deer Valley Camp to fully investigate my record and work qualifications (all employers) and to facilitate such investigation; I also hereby authorize any person having knowledge thereof to give such information to the YMCA of Pittsburgh, Deer Valley Camp upon request.
