The teacher listed below successfully completed the TECHFIT professional development program as part of a teacher team from your school. Running the TECHFIT afterschool program at your school is part of the requirements to be in the TECHFIT program. In addition, the school’s team is required to attend the all-day SHOWCASE on Thursday, December 8, 2016, to present and demonstrate the outcomes from their TECHFIT afterschool program.
TECHFIT is happy to provide support to the teacher’s school to hire a substitute for the day of the SHOWCASE. Please complete the form below and return to Alka Harriger via email to OR fax to 765-496-1212 OR postal mail to 401 N. Grant St., CIT Dept, Knoy 251, Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN 47907-2021. A reimbursement check will be sent to the school after the individual’s successful completion of the in-service program.
