Twenty-five (25)4th-8th grade teachers, non-formal educators and past WFIT participantsfrom NYC and the Catskill/Delaware/Croton regionswill be selected for the 2014 WATERSHED FORESTRY INSTITUTE FOR TEACHERS (WFIT).   1. Attend the entire summer program;
  2. Incorporateselect WFIT skills, content and materials into my 2014/15 curriculum;
  3. Share information about and from my WFIT experience with colleagues; and
  4. Complete 2 required follow-up activities during the school year: 1 in the fall and 1 in the spring. The content and format of this follow-up will be developed and agreed upon as a group during WFIT.
