Electronic Impact Assessment tool – Questionnaire for Social worker
This annual questionnaire is designed to capture your experiences and views concerning the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) you have undertaken within modules on programmes at universities.
It is intended to evaluate the effects of these on your practice, and to evaluate both the processes and outcomes of CPD for you, and your service users and carers.
What we hope to learn from you are your experiences and comments about how valuable these PQ studies have been.
In particular, we are keen to assess how effectively you gauge the development of reflective practice has been aided by your studies, how this might be improved, and to what extent this has aided the effectiveness of your assessments, planning and interventions.
We will also be considering how well these modules and awards fit the Professional Capabilities Framework, and what we can do to develop how the modules and awards will aid you to meet the different requirements at your level of practice.
The data arising from this will be very valuable in taking into account your experiences and reflections on the effects on your practice, and be valuable to help HCC review and take forward plans for future CPD/PQ education and training.
