Members who have opted to receive papers electronically will receive an email sent to the email address they provided containing a web address showing where to access and download the papers for the Governing Body on the Church in Wales’ website.
Sets of the remaining printed papers not sent today will be available on the Information Desk at the meeting for members who have requested them.
To view the Governing Body meeting documents on the Church in Wales website during the course ofthe meeting, Governing Body members will need to use the University Wi-Fi network, access to which is free to all members. Log-in details (usernames and passwords) will be obtainable from Alison Smith on the Information Desk before or during the meeting. It is essential that you obtain these details in order to use the university Wi-Fi facilities. You will be asked to sign that you have received the username and password. There will a help desk to assist members on IT matters.
Members are asked to bring their copies of the Report of the Standing Committee Working Group on Age Limits, circulated for the April meeting, which they will need for the Standing Committee Report and the Private Members’ Motion from the Diocese of St Davids.
