The following SDEs requested for transfer to different circles due to various personal reasons. Most of them are applied for transfer long back but due to substitute problem, most of the cases kept pending. Now promotion order in SDE cadre is going to be issued shortly. As discussed earlier all the request transfers may be considered before the issue of posting order so that the Circles can relieve all of them while doing the postings of newly promoted SDEs.
