Role and Responsibility include:
· Leading a team of Sr. Relationship Managers / Relationship Managers and credit processors towards well defined goals with minimum of conflict.

Joined my family business immediately on completion of my post graduation in business management.
We were dealers of Larsen & Toubro Ltd. For their range of Industrial Valves. Territory – Orissa.
Job Responsibilities Included business management of a typical small scale-trading organisation.
Diversified into newer territories and newer products by opening office in Chennai and adding on more products in engineering field. We also introduced our brand of “VEL” valves and got them manufactured thru sub-contract. The same was supplied to reputed companies like SAIL, TISCO, PAPER MILLS, SUGAR MILLS and other Heavy engineering companies of this country.
However did not find it lucrative in continuing the business in view of Prevailing Industrial recession, Bad and tight money market condition and better opportunity cost in the employment market. Hence shut operations by May 2001 and decided to enter the job Market.
Companies interacted during industrial sales were SAIL, TISCO, MECON, MALCO, National Aluminium Co.Ltd, Dept of Atomic Energy, BARC, TNPL and other Giant Public & Private sector undertakings.
