PLEASE REMEMBER THAT WHILE FIREWORKS CAN BE PURCHASED IN PENNSYLVANIA, IT IS ILLEGAL TO USE THEM IN PENNSYLVANIA. THIS IS NOT A GLEN RULE, IT IS A STATE LAW. BECAUSE OF THIS LAW FIREWORKS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE GLEN. YOU CAN USE SPARKLERS BUT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THAT LEAVES THE GROUND. AS IN PAST YEARS, IF YOU ARE CAUGHT SHOOTING OFF FIREWORKS A CITATION MAY BE ISSUED.

The POA office will be closed on Monday July 4th for the holiday. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday July 5th.

When doing yard work (grass cutting, weed whacking, etc.) please be courteous of your neighbors and try not to do this work early in the morning. Not everyone is an early bird!!

There will be a GAC meeting on Wednesday, July 6th at 7pm in the Gathering Room of the Community Center. As with all meetings, only members in good standing will be permitted to attend.

There will be a Board of Directors meeting on Friday, July 15th in the Gathering Room of the Community Center at 9am. As always, only members in good standing will be permitted to attend.

Your guests must show the gate guard a current driver’s license and car registration before they will be allowed to enter the community. If they don’t have the required documents they will be denied entrance to the community. Additionally, property owners cannot come to the gate and use their access card to allow their guests to enter the community. All guests must be registered with the gate guard. Owners who come to the gate and swipe their access card for guests will be issued a citation in the amount of $250 for

“Unauthorized use of Glen equipment/facilities including but

not limited to compactor, access cards, swimming pools, etc.”.
