The Board of Beadle County Commissioners met Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., pursuant to adjournment of February 17, 2015 with members present: Chair Benson, Vice Chair Hansen, Drake, Marcus and Mattke.

RESOLUTION 02-05-15

“RECONVEYANCE”

WHEREAS, the Tax Deed to the following described real property to-wit West One Hundred Feet (W100’) of Lots Eight (L 8) and West One Hundred Feet (W100’) of South Twenty-Five Feet (S25’) of Lot Nine (L9) Block Fifty-Six (Blk 56), 5th Railway Addition , City of Huron, Beadle County, South Dakota, was taken for unpaid taxes, and,

WHEREAS, the record owner has a Homestead Deed on said property,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the above described real property shall be reconveyed to Daniel P Horn the owners of record therefore in the manner as provided by SDCL 10-25-41, after the time for appeal for such resolution has expired
