CANADIAN APPLICATION FOR CERITIFICATE PROGRAM
INTRODUCTION TO FILM ACTING
APPROVED AS A VOCATIONAL PROGRAM UNDER THE PRIVATE CAREER COLLEGES ACT 2005
Each applicant who is applying for admission to the Academy is required to furnish the information necessary for the
Academy’s records.
Students must provide the following documents to be considered for the one month certificate program:
1) Graduation from a secondary school with a copy of Diploma to be submitted, or equivalent OR
2) if student did not complete high school with a Diploma, student must be e at least eighteen years of age and will have to pass a test called “Wonderlic”, a Superintendent approved qualifying test which is provided by the Academy. Student can either attend in person at the Academy to do the test or ask to do the test on line. Test results must be submitted with the application form.
3) Must be Canadian citizens, Canadians residing outside of Canada, Naturalized Canadians, Landed Immigrants must provide: Proof of Canadian Citizenship or Proof of Landed Immigrant Status.
4) Letter from student explaining why they wish to train in film acting

ADMISSION GUIDELINES & TUITION FEE
Student will receive an enrollment contract by email. A signed copy of the enrollment contract must be received by the Academy no later than 10 business days after receipt of the contract by the student. A deposit of $500.00 will be required to secure your spot with the balance of the tuition fee due on the first day of training.. Tuition fee can be paid by credit card, on line E-Transfer, wired funds or bank draft.
