Birthday Book Club

The Birthday Book Club (BBC) is a way to honor an Allamuchy TownshipStudent on his/her birthday, with a gift of a new book for the Library.

With a donation of just $10, your child can choose the new library book, during the month of his/her birthday (or half-birthday for summer birthdays) from our

“Birthday Book Club Store”.

To see what’s in the store, first access the library site by entering:

- Click on Allamuchy Township School,

- Click on catalog tab, and then

- Type in: Birthday Book Club Store.

(Note: The far right column of the Birthday Book Club Store will show 0 copies- or none-

this is correct because the title is in the store and not yet a part of the library.)

A large assortment of hardcover titles, both fiction & non-fiction, of various reading levels(from 1stthru 8th Grade) are available for library purchase for just $10.

As an alternative, if you prefer, you can purchase a new book from your favorite bookstore,but please limit your donation to new hardcover books only and please check with Mrs.Cetani before purchasing.

A bookplate honoring your child’s donation will be placed in the front of the book. Additionally, your child will receive a birthday card/thank-you note (with a little gift) from thelibrary, and will be the first to “check out” the new book.

If you would like to join the BBC, please complete the attached form & return it to the officewith your check for $10, (or a new hardcover book). You can join at any time during theschool year, but early enrollment is encouraged.
