- 2002-2003 * expert of the Council of Europe in the bilateral and multilateral legal cooperation programs for improving the enforcement of judicial decisions: multilateral seminar for bailiffs in Varna; programs for improving efficiency of enforcement in Bulgaria, Georgia and Moldova
