Confirmation of place on DofE Silver and request for payment.
Dear Parent / Guardian,
We are writing to inform you thatyour son ______has been allocated a place on the Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme through CLS.
The cost is now confirmed as £410 and is due by Thursday 9th November via WisePay. Once payment has been received,the Silver level will be added to your son’s eDofE account.
Thursday after school sessions will begin on 16th November for all participants in Room 412. Your son should enter any information that he can on eDofE in advance of this meeting, about his volunteering, skills and physical sections, including the name and contact details of the person who has agreed to act as assessor.
A reminder that the Thursday afternoon expedition training sessions are a compulsory part of the programme, for safety reasons. Attendance at these will be monitored, and we will be unable to take boys on expeditions if they do not complete the training programme.

Please logon to the Parent Portal, click on the ‘Online Shop’ tile.
-If you are a school bill payer you will have a WisePay account already setup, click on the ‘School bill payers click here to Access WisePay’ banner, then on the next screen scroll to the bottom and click on ‘Click here to continue to WisePay’. This will take you to the WisePay portal, click on the ‘Trip and Visit Payment’ tile, you will then be able to find trips which you can book and pay for.
-If you are not a school bill payer, please click on ‘Non-school bill payers, click here to access WisePay’. You can then either create an account, or enter login details if you already have one set up to access the WisePay portal.

Thursday (weekly) 4-5:15pm classroom based training/route planning (school)
Friday 23rd March (full day) expedition training day (Ashdown Forest)
Wednesday 11th April – Sunday 15th April practice expedition (Exmoor)
Sunday 1st July-Thursday 5th July qualifying expedition (Brecon Beacons)
