Methanol will not be provided. It is the responsibility ofthe handler

Awards: Fast Time, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th in A-Mains, Novice If a heavy class driver weight is 110 pounds or lighter after qualifying, the driver will be weighed again and be asked to remove ALL of their safety gear, which includes, suit, helmet, shoes, and gloves. Be Prepared! This procedure can be found in the rule book on page 45

Race Format for Sunday is the same as on Saturday with this exception:
Region 4 racing procedures mandate 2 races between each AA race; therefore, please check the posted race order for any changes.
11:00 PM Curfew for Saturday & Sunday (at Regional Director’s discretion)
4 Cars constitutes a class – if there are less than 4 cars signing in for any class, those cars will receive practice, qualifying and a green, white, checkered for their A main. Points and trophies awarded accordingly.

SAFETY CHECK
All cars must have a current year R4 Safety decal affixed to the car. It is the sole responsibility of the handler to ensure a safety decal is affixed to the car. If you need a decal then you must bring your car to the local designated safety director for a safety inspection. All Novices will have to be safety checked at all Championship Series events and will not receive a decal. Cars will be checked for a safety decal at the scales after qualifying and after races. If a car does not have a safety decal, the driver will receive a No Time, if a car does not have a safety decal after racing the driver will receive a DQ. All cars are subject to random safety checks throughout the year.

National QMA Work Rule In Effect
National QMA Code of Conduct Will Be Enforced
Anyone found vandalizing personal, host club, or Henry Co Fairgrounds property will be asked to leave immediately. The R4 Board will initiate a Code of Conduct violation at a Region level with the designated suspension for the entire race team.
There will be NO bikes, scooters, motorized scooters, roller blades or roller skates. ORCQMA will have the authority to confiscate these items during the event and will return them after the event is complete or when the person(s) are leaving the premises.
Please make sure that all golf carts are operated by adults 18 and over and when left vacant, the keys are out of the ignition.

Map & Directions:
The Henry County Fair is located just south of Napoleon on State Route 108.
From State Route 6 or State Route 24:
You can reach the fairgrounds from State Route 6 or State Route 24 by getting off at the State Route 108 exit and traveling south through town. The fairgrounds are located a few blocks south of the Maumee River on the west side of the road.
From State Route 281:
If traveling from the south, get onto State Route 108 and head north. The fairgrounds are located on the west side of the road before you reach the Maumee River.
