16th Annual CY-FAIR FFA Country Christmas CRAFT SHOW
On December 3 & 4, 2011, the Cy-Fair FFA Booster Club will host a Craft Show at the Cy-Fair Exhibit Center 11206 Telge Road, ½ mile north of Hwy. 290. Our spacious indoor arena has a concession stand, plenty of parking and clean restrooms.
Advertisement is done in local newspapers, radio stations and television stations. There will be signs and fliers distributed throughout the area.
Vendor set-up: Friday, Dec. 2nd, 3:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.
Craft Show begins: Saturday, Dec. 3rd, 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, Dec. 4th, 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
All vendors must be out by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday evening- unless otherwise approved
Indoor Booth Space- 10x10- $90.00
Outdoor Booth Space 10x10- $80.00
Booth space is assigned on a first come, first serve basis, subject to availability and when the money and application are received. Faxed applications are not accepted for holding booth space. Limited electricity is available, but you must supply your own UL approved power source. VENDORS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN TABLES and displays.
