I accept your invitation to speak at the Warehousing Education and Research Council’s Annual Conference (April 28-May 1, 2013, in Dallas Texas). I understand that the specific date and time of my presentation will be assigned by WERC. I understand that my name, title, and company’s name will appear in promotional materials and attendee directories as it appears above. I will update WERC if any changes occur.
I have reviewed and accepted the Speakers Information and Policies and Speaker Reminder Checklist and agree to provide a one-page take-away sheet along with my final presentation for the session.
I understand that my conference registration fee will be reduced to $750.00, and I know that I am responsible for my own travel and hotel expenses and producing my visual aids.
Electronic recordings1 of all presentations and the materials that I deliver to WERC may be made available to conference participants as post conference materials available for sale to the general public.
As a conference speaker, I hereby consent to the recording, duplicating and distribution of my presentation(s) and the material(s) that I deliver toWERC via an Electronic Recording1 and release, discharge and acquit WERC from any and all claims, demands or causes of action that I may hereafter have against WERC whether for libel or violation of privacy or anything else by reason of recording, duplicating and distribution of my presentation(s) or the material(s) that I delivered to this conference via Electronic Recordings1. This release form in no way inhibits me from using my own materials in any manner I so desire.This release will inure to the benefit WERC as well as its affiliates, successors and assigns.
1Electronic Recordings means a recording of the presentation via video, audio, digital, or any other form or method of copying, recording, or transmission, now known on hereafter devised including, without limitation, copying or recording by phonographic, magnetic, laser, electronic, filmstrips, transparencies, online, Internet, CD-ROM, magnetic tape, cassettes, videodisks, floppy disks, or any other human or machine readable medium, and broadcast or transmission thereof.
