What to Expect

“From Data…to Outcomes” is a training for trainers that will help them in their efforts when working with local child welfare agencies to use data to guide practice and enhance agency performance.

The emphasis on accountability and outcomes is increasing at the national, state, and local levels. This training will help support trainers as they train county staff to use data for organizational development and planning.

Specifically, the training will:

  • Explore ways that data can be used to support and modify program and initiatives
  • Review effective strategies for communicating with staff about performance outcomes, and
  • Discuss why the work with data is so important

After having completed this training, trainers will be able to replicate it across the state and adapt it to local child welfare agencies.
