·  Melissa is currently with Sener, a global Engineering and Construction organisation, as an Office Manager. She started her Recruitment career with NeilsonYoung Consulting in 2011 and led the outsourced recruitment function for a number of clients in the IT, Finance and Telecommunications industries. She has consistently over-achieved on her targets for 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.

·  Prior to joining Neilson Young Consulting, Melissa gained extensive international hospitality and customer service experience while working at elite golf clubs and resorts in America. Upon returning to South Africa, Melissa studied at a well-established, internationally recognised college, Face to Face. She completed her course in Make-Up Artistry and then carried on working at Face to Face as a Trainee, teaching short courses.
