A team of Spl Cell led by Insp. Attar Singh and supervised by Ved Prakash, ACP/Special Cell/NR have arrested six members of gang of dacoits namely Devender (25 Yrs) s/o Mahavir r/o Village Pooth Khurd, Delhi, Om Pal (32 yrs) s/o Matroo r/o Village Bawana, Delhi, Satya Prakash @ Lambu (38 yrs) s/o Sita Ram r/o H No 324, SS Wali Gali, Inderaj Colony, Bawana, Delhi, Qamaruddin (38 yrs) s/o Asgar Ali r/o B-999, JJ Colony, Bawana, Delhi, Vijay Pal (35 yrs) s/o Khacheru r/o Farm House of Wasim, Near Pari Chowk, Greater Noida, UP and Vicky (40 yrs) s/o Mahender r/o Farm House of Wasim, near Pari Chowk, Greater Noida, UP on 22/09/2013 and recovered part of booty at the instance of arrested persons. Case FIR No. 35/13 dated 22/09/2013 u/s 25/54/59 Arms Act and 412 IPC, PS Spl Cell, Delhi has been registered in this regard. Thus, a blind case bearing FIR No. 351 dated 02/09/2013 u/s 392/394/397/34 IPC, PS Bawana, Delhi has been solved. Arrested accused persons alongwith their three other associates had committed a sensational armed dacoity in a factory in the Narela Industrial Area during the intervening night of 01 & 02/09/2013. Arrested accused persons have committed said dacoity in such a ruthless manner that they caused injuries to six employees of said factory. One tempo Mahindra Maxximo bearing No. DL1L R 9665 (belonging to Satya Prakash) which was used in committing above dacoity has also been recovered.

Brief facts of case of dacoity are that 7-8 persons armed with deadly weapons including firearms, iron rods, knives, latthis etc came in a tempo and forcibly entered in a factory in the name of R.B.Engineering Works, Narela Industrial Area, Delhi. They terrorized and beaten seven inmates/ employees of said factory with iron rods, latthis etc and caused injuries to seven persons. Dacoits looted 08 electric motors, 01 Laptop, 01 Television, 01 Computer, 01 CCTV camera set, 42 pieces of brass brushes, some dyes 03 gas cylinders and 04 mobile phones from factory. They loaded the looted articles in their tempo and fled away.

On a tip off received by Inspr. Attar Singh on 22/09/2013, a raiding party was formed and a trap was laid near SachdevaSchool, Rohini, Delhi where four persons namely Om Pal, Devender, Qamaruddin and Satya Prakash @ Lamboo were arrested on 22/09/2013.One country made pistol alongwith one live cartridge and one mobile phone (robbed in above case) was recovered from the possession of accused Devender at spot. Two live cartridges of .315 bore were recovered from accused Om Pal. One mobile phone (robbed in above case) was recovered from accused Satya Prakash. Om Pal and Devender had disclosed that they had sold 08 electric motors, 01 Laptop, all brass brushes, CCTV camera set, dyes to one Qamaruddin, a scrap dealer at his shop at village Pooth Khurd, Delhi. Part of looted property i.e 01 computer, 01 Television, 01 Laptop, 04 mobile phones have been recovered at the instance of arrested accused persons. They have disclosed that they alongwith their four other associates namely Vicky, Munna, Devi, Pawan and Vijay Pal had committed said dacoity. All eight accused persons armed with weapons, latthis and knives came upon bikes and tempo at factory and committed above dacoity.

In pursuance of disclosure statements of above arrested four persons, their other two associates namely Vijay Pal and Vicky were arrested from Greater Noida on 23/09/2013 and two robbed mobile phones i.e. one from each were recovered from their possession at the time of their arrest. Later on one Television (robbed in above case) was recovered from house of Vijay Pal and one computer (robbed in above case) was recovered from the house of Vicky.

Accused Devender was previously arrested in the year 2012 in case FIR No. 51/2012 u/s 379/511 IPC, PS Begum Pur, Delhi. Further investigation of case is in progress. Efforts to nab remaining associates of arrested accused persons are being made.

  2. A male aged about 28-30 years, height 5’6”, sallow complexion, long face, medium built and wearing white colour stripe shirt and blue and white colour half pants found on 07.07.2013.
  3. A male aged about 55 years, height about 5’7”, sallow complexion, long face and wearing hospital cloths.

A BLIND MURDER CASE OF 22 YEAR BOY SOLVED

South East district police has arrested four desperate criminals of Govind Puri and solved one blind murder case, committed on the day of Vishwakarma idol immersion at Kalindi Kunj within 48 hours.

ACCUSED ARRESTED:

  1. Zakir s/o Md. Idrish r/o H. No. F/6, Navjivan Camp, Govindpuri, New Delhi. Age 19 years.
  2. Amit s/o Lakhan Singh r/o H. No. A/27, Nehru Camp Govindpuri New Delhi. Age 23 years.
  3. Krishan @ Chudha s/o Sh. Pappu r/o E/494, Navjeevan Camp, Govindpuri, New Delhi. Age 22 Yrs.
  4. Sagar @ Kohli s/o Raju r/o H. No. A/303 Nehru Camp Gali No. 16, Pooja Store, Govindpuri, New Delhi. Age 22 Yrs.

INCIDENT , TEAM AND ARREST:

On 18/09/2013 at around 9.30 PM, an information was received at PS Jaitpur that one person namely Shakil s/o Abdul Karim r/o Sec. 16 Noida, UP has been admitted in HolyFamilyHospital in injured condition. Later the above said injured person died in the hospital due to stab injury at chest and on head. There was no eye witness in the case available to the police at that point of time. On enquiry, it was revealed that Shakeel (deceased) alongwith his co-workers had gone to Kalindi kunj Ghat from Noida side for immersion of the Vishwakarma idol. At around 3:45 PM, when they reached near Kalindi, the movement of traffic was slow at Pushta road as some boys were dancing on the road. Due to which there was an altercation with the boys who were dancing on road and one of the boys slapped Lallan one of the co-worker of the deceased. Lallan called for his co-workers for help. Shakeel (deceased) alongwith others went to help him. During scuffle, some one from the boys, dancing on the road earlier, stabbed Shakeel and ran away from the spot. Shakeel was got admitted at HolyFamilyHospital. In this regard, a case vide FIR No. 361/13 u/s 302 IPC dated 19/09/2013 PS Jaitpur was registered and investigation was taken up.

INVESTIGATION

A team comprising of Inspr. Vipin Kumar Sharma ATO/ PS Jaitpur SI Hement, HC Balinder, HC Matloob, Kuldeep, Ct Ramkesh, Ct Kishan, Ct Balram, Ct Mam Chand and Ct Vikas Kumar was constituted under the supervision of SHO/Jaitpur Insp. Arvind Kumar and overall supervision of Sh. Vipin Kumar Nayyer, ACP/Sarita Vihar. During investigation, co-workers of deceased were examined. Portraits of two assailant were prepared and were circulated to all the police stations and several teams were deputed for gathering intelligence. Team headed by SI Hemant consisting Ct Ramkesh and Ct Kuldeep identified the group of Govind Puri area who had scuffle on the day of incident. Two members of group of assailant were identified as (1).Amit s/o Lakhan Singh r/o H. No. A/27, Nehru Camp Govindpuri New Delhi , Aged 23 years, and (2). Zakir s/o Md. Idrish r/o H. No. F/6, Navjivan Camp, Govindpuri New Delhi. Aged 19 yearsand they were arrested. Their police custody remand was obtained and two other assailants namely Krishan @ Chudha s/o Sh. Pappu r/o E/494, Navjeevan Camp, Govindpuri, New Delhi. Aged 22 Yrs. Sagar @ Kohli s/o Raju r/o H. No. A/303 Nehru Camp Gali No. 16, Pooja Store, Govindpuri New Delhi, Aged 22 Yrs were arrested.

O R D E R

1. Whereas report have been received that due to the situation prevailing in the entire area of Sub Division Tilak Nagar, West District, Delhi, it is apprehended that terrorist/anti-social elements may seek hideouts in the residential area of Sub Division Tilak Nagar, West District, Delhi and there is every likelihood of breach of peace and disturbance of public tranquility and also there is grave danger to human life, safety and injury to public property on that account.

2. And whereas it is necessary that some checks should be put on landlords/tenants so that terrorists/anti-social elements in the guise of tenants may not cause explosion, riots, shoot outs, affray etc. and that immediate action is necessary for the prevention of the same.

3. Now, therefore, I, VINIT KUMAR, Asstt. Commissioner of Police, Sub Division Tilak Nagar, West District,Delhi in exercise of the power conferred upon me under section 144 Cr. P.C. 1973 (No.2 of 1974) read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, and Notification No. U-11036/1/2010-UTL, dated 09.09.2010 do hereby order that no landlord/owner/person of any house/property which falls under the jurisdiction of Sub Division Tilak Nagar, West District, Delhi shall let/sublet/rent out any accommodation to any person unless and until he furnish the particulars of the said tenant(s) to the Station House Officer of the Police Station concerned. All persons who intend to take accommodation on rent shall inform in writing in this regard to the Station House Officer concerned in whose jurisdiction the premises fall. The persons dealing in property business shall also inform in writing to the Station House Officer concerned, in whose jurisdiction the premises fall about the particulars of the said tenants.

4. This order shall come into force with effect from 23.09.2013 shall remain enforce for a period

of 60 days up to 21.11.2013 (both days inclusive) unless withdrawn earlier.

5. Any person contravening this order shall be punishable under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

6. As the notice cannot be served individually on all concerned, the order is passed ex-parte. It shall be published for the information of the public through the press and by affixing copies on the Notice Board of the offices of all Police Stations concerned and the offices of the MCD, NDMC, PWD, DDA, DMs, FC and Tehsildar etc.
