2. Scratch,Concerts Ltd reserves the right to alter, update or amend the details contained herein at anytime, in the light of new information or new procedures being required. Whilst we, as a responsible organisation, will adhere to all necessary control measures so far as is reasonably practicable, this Risk Assessment is a live document and the final physical safety arrangements onsite may therefore differ slightly from the written ones shown here.

(iii) All photographers to be briefed not to take close-ups of individual children; photographs posted online to be low-res to avoid zooming in on individual children; tagging disabled on photos posted by on social media
(iv) Children will not be required to rehearse for more than 90 minutes without a break, nor perform continuously for more than 45 minutes without a break
(v) Group leaders warned in advance if it will be dark at the end of the performance; all groups to have a designated meeting place in accordance with the Hall’s School Event Plan / 2 x 1
