Duties of Charge Person:

·  Clear risk of further harm to injured person.

·  Designate who is in charge of other participants.

·  With assistance of a trained first aider assess ABC’s and protect them selves.

·  Wait by injured person until help arrives.

·  Fill in accident report form.

·  Ensure parent or other responsible person accompanies injured person to medical facility if necessary.

Duties of Call Person

·  Call for Emergency Help.

·  Provide all necessary info to the Dispatch (Location, nature of injury, etc.).

·  Clear traffic from entrance/access road before ambulance arrives.

·  Wait by entrance to facility to direct ambulance personnel when they arrive.

·  Call emergency contact person listed on the injured person’s medical profile.
