Aims:
1. To plan and deliver a combined working strategy to raise the attainment of vulnerable pupils.
2. To plan and deliver a combined working strategy to support vulnerable families through the transition from pre-school/nursery to full time school.

Three consecutive ‘induction afternoons’ for pupils. Parents/Carers offered a ‘coffee and chat’ session / Summer Term 2013 / At the School for children, led by School Staff.
At The Children’s Centre for Parents/Carers, led by Children’s Centre Staff / P Bell (Children Centre Manager)
R Bailey (Headteacher) / Consumable resources / Children experience the school environment regularly and now on their own whilst Parents/Carers have a chance to chat and share any arising issues
To develop a shared learning opportunity / Children’s Centre staff attend School ‘FOREST SCHOOL’ sessions with current YR children and Parents/Carers / Spring Term 2013 / At Combs Wood. Led by School Staff / R Bailey (Headteacher)
