VILLAGE BOARD MEETING
Village of Waddington, June 05, 2017
A regular meeting of the Village Board of Waddington, County of St. Lawrence, and State of New York was held on Monday June 05, 2017 at 6:00 pm in the Municipal Building, 48 Maple Street.
Call to order: Mayor Otto-Cassada called the regular meeting to order at 6:00 pm
Present were:
Deputy Mayor Miller
Trustee Fairchild
Trustee O’Bryan
Deputy Village Clerk, Lee Rutherford
Absent: Trustee Mayette
Also present were, Shirley Robinson, Mark Scott, Jackie and Tim Brooks and Patty Van Patten.
Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Trustee Fairchild to accept the minutes, seconded by Trustee Miller. All in favor: Ayes Nays: None
Historian Report None
DPW: Mayor Otto-Cassada told the board that she is working on equipment maintenance plan and will share the information with Trustee O’Bryan the budget officer. Trustee Miller is working on getting a price per foot for the sidewalks so the board can decide on how much they can repair.
Fire Department None
Citizens Comments Jackie and Tim Brooks shared their concerns with the board regarding their neighbor’s property. They would like to be informed as to what is happening with their complaint. Mayor Otto-Cassada assured them that they would be hearing from the code enforcement officer.
Mark Scott informed the board that the summer vendor show will be held June 30-Sept. 3rd. The next recorder will be coming out July 24th. There will be chalk art done on Main St.

Island View Park The curbing is in and looks awesome.
New Business
July Meeting The July meeting will be changed to the 10th of July.
