Work on a plan to meet with City on accessing some of the Tourism money for bringing people to Ripley through your events /
- Meet with 2 city officials at a time to go over your advertising plan and ask for money from the 2% tourism tax.

- Work with Students to make this happen
Identify the islands to be reworked /

Work on sidewalk project for side streets downtown and courthouse square /
- Work with City for CDBG monies for this project
Work with Historic Preservation Commission on rehab of buildings downtown /
