Weetwood’s Assessment Policy

We are holding a meeting for parents and carers about the school’s Assessment Policy on Thursday 28th April at 6.00 p.m. There will be a short presentation on the school’s approach to assessment since the removal of levels by the Government, followed by an opportunity to ask questions. To give us an indication of numbers we would like you to complete the reply slip at the end of the newsletter (after diary dates) to let us know if you will be attending.

Outdoor Spring Cleaning

We are very lucky to have a local small business run by a Year 1 parent willing to come and help prepare our raised beds ready for Spring. We would be grateful if we could borrow some wheelbarrows, spades, buckets, garden sacks and small step ladders for Friday 1st April. If you can help out, please bring the equipment to school on Thursday evening or Friday morning. It would help if your equipment was labelled. All equipment will be ready to collect at the end of the day. Please help us out; we are really counting on your support.
