WELCOME TO THE EMORY T&F INVITATIONAL 2018
PLEASE TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO REVIEW THE ANNOUNCMENTS BELOW BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR THE MEET SO YOU WILL BE AWARE OF ALL ESSENTIAL MEET INFORMATION
PARKING READ THIS! – PARKING IS A HUGE ISSUE HERE AS ON MOST URBAN CAMPUSES. PLEASE FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES OUTLINED BELOW AS THE LARGE NUMBER OF VEHICLES THIS EVENT BRINGS WITH IT CAN CAUSE GRID LOCK IF WE ALL DON’T COOPERATE.
ABSOLOUTELY NO BUS PARKING WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE MAIN CAMPUS-NO EXCEPTIONS – ATHLETES MAY BE DROPED OFF AT THE TRACK AT THE EAST CIRCLE DRIVE ON THE SCOREBOARD END OF THE TRACK OFF DICKEY DRIVE. PLEASE DON’T STOP ON EAGLE ROW FOR DROP OFF AS THIS BACKS UP AN ALREADY BUSY CAMPUS ROAD. AFTER DROP OFF BUSES MUST THEN LEAVE IMMEDIATELY TO THE BRIARCLIFF LOT OR OTHER OFF CAMPUS LOCATION OF YOUR CHOICE. CAMPUS POLICE WILL TICKET THOSE WHO DON’T COMPLY.
(Check out the link below for BUS PARKING INSTRUCTIONS)
VAN PARKING – THURSDAY AND FRIDAY YOU WILL HAVE TO USE THE OPEN PAY LOT NEXT TO THE PEAVINE DECK AT THE WEST END OF THE STADIUM. ON SATURDAY THE PEAVINE DECK WILL BE OPEN FOR FREE VAN PARKING
