Thank you for your interest in the position of Senator-at-Large within the Student Senate at Montgomery College, Rockville Campus. Please complete this application to run for office. Please review the requirements below to ensure that you are eligible before submitting your application.

Eligibility Requirements:

Resume highlighting your activities or experiences.
A one-page, double spaced essay stating your reasons for applying to the Student Senate
GPA of 2.5 or higher (Your GPA will be verified by the Office of Student Life.) If this is your first semester at MC there is no GPA requirement
200 signatures from current MC students.
Interview with current senators.
Completed recommendation form from a student, faculty, staff, or administrator.

Applications should be submitted to the Office of Student Life’s front desk (CC005). The deadline for all Fall 2012 applications is September 28th, no later than 5pm.
