Dear Parents,

Well done to Year 6 for surviving SATS week! The children demonstrated a very mature attitude to their tests and conducted themselves beautifully. We are extremely proud of them all.

We are delighted to have been awarded a Silver Primary Science Quality Mark. This is a testament to the incredible hard work of Mrs Fernandes, our Science leader and all the teachers. The report states, ‘The energy, enthusiasm as well as drive and determination of the subject leader have brought about great changes in the position and status of science across the school.’ Well done, Mrs Fernandes!

Multi-skills Club After half term this club will be available to children in Lions’ Class only. We are very sorry to disappoint the Year 3 children who currently take part but Mike is finding it increasingly difficult to cater for such a range of ages and abilities. Concentrating on the younger children will give more scope for developing their skills. If your child already attends there is no need to re-apply for a place. There will be 2 spare places if anyone else in Lions would like to have a go!

Catsfield V Crowhurst Parish Rounders Match Families are invited to join in a fun and friendly afternoon at Catsfield Recreation Ground on Sunday 24th May at 3.00pm with post-match tea and cake afterwards at around 4.30pm.
