To be eligible to apply to be a Trainer with LDET/HEKSS, you must be able to answer ‘yes’ to all the questions in Part A unless a question does not apply to you. LDET/KSS may ask you to provide supporting evidence for your responses to these questions.In the case of joint applications, each applicant must complete a separate eligibility form and must also be able to answer ‘yes’ to all questions in part A unless a question does not apply.
