HERE IS THE BREAKDOWN OF COSTS:

Literature Packs(DEMOS BOOKS) are Charged to you each campaign at .30

 I will give you 5-10 books free each campaign depending on your order sizes. If you need more than that I will offer them at only$3.00 a pack of 10 other booksif you would like to order them are at regular rep costs will not exceed book prices depending on how many you’re ordering.

  • Samples, bags and any sales aids, additional catalogs can be ordered per. your purchase order and are your responsibility to provide to your customers as you wish. Theseproduct numbers and quantitiesmust be emailed to me prior to order day so I can place it with the order. They will not go into your order at my site as itonly recognizes you as a customer. When you first start and pick up first order I will provide some too you. When you run out you can order them at rep cost. Occasionally I may throw in some FREE samples depending on your order sizes.

Demos (I get up to 3 each itemfor PC level except for unlimited quantityitems)so if the amount isused it will not allow it to process. I haven't had this ever happen but just in case I wanted you to know my quantities allowed.

$50-$99 – 20%

$100+ – 30%

ORDER PLACING: ARE DUE 1 DAY Prior to my actual order day. You may call in any additional orders that may come in after you have submitted but must be by 11 am of order morning.

If you get LATE Orders on morning of you can email or text me and If I have not yet submitted get it put in. otherwise it will go in with next order date.

I prefer this method and it’s easy for you also to create yourself a customer profile at my site

  1. Register as a new customer and then log in each campaign as yourself to place the order.
  1. There is a form on top that says SHOP BY PRODUCT #. Choose that and it gives you an order ticket and backordering capabilities just like a rep would see.
  1. UsePERSONAL DELIVERY at checkout which allows me to receive it in my order cart like a customer ticket & of course then no payment is due at the time you have placed it since it comes to me.
  1. Be sure to email me all your sales aids, demos, how manybrochures or any items that did not take at the ticket etc.
  1. Once I see the order show up I will email you to tell you I see it in my cart. I do the same when emails come with orders so you know that I have it.

RETURNS/ REPLACEMENTS:

Please try and keep returns to a minimum and try to resell unpicked up merchandise firstto another client if possible. Of course as a part of the AVON 100% satisfaction guaranteeifa product is damaged, un-liked etc. AVONwill happily be able to credit the account / replace the product.To process this for you,I will need product numbers for all items needed, campaign item was originally ordered inand the reason for the return such as Item used, broken, customer not at home etc.

***If it’s a credited itemyou will be credited back for the amount the invoice was originally billedat your cost. Please be prompt on bringing me back all returns or broken merchandise etc. If returns are not processed within a certain time period they will freeze up my E-Z returnsaccess until they have received the items they are awaiting.

Each time a box is created for returns I am billed $6.50 on average for a regular size AVON boxit. I feel it is only fair since you are making $$ and this is a business to split this cost to those who have returns in the box.

What I have decided to do is assess the box at the time it is filled and ready for shipmentand split the cost accordingly. (I always try and wait till the box if full to keep the cost at the $6.50) AVON errors you are not charged for on returns.

Example:

If I have 2 items, you have 2 items then its 1/2 each. If you have has 5 pairs of shoes and they fit into one box and that's all I can fitand it’s just your itemsthen that would be $6.50 just for yours.. Of course if you have no items then of course you have no fee at all.

Return Feeswill be added to your invoice as they occur.

Shipping: Shipping charges will be split on our new one simple fee program between all helpers and myself keeping costs very low. YOU keep each customer’s .75 or $1 handling to defer biz costs. Example: an order ofsay $800 would cost $9 to ship split between helpers 2-4 people.. Ranges from $5.95- $10.95…. Your cost about $3

Payments: Payment is expected at the time of pickup of your products at the invoiced discounted pricing. First few orders CASH wholesale amount only is accepted. Checks/ Credit cards will be only accepted once the biz relationship has been established. Payment will be cashed 1 day before the next order is due to be placed so all funds must be in to cash it. If your check bounces you will be responsible for all fees associated with your bad check. Personally the debit card way is the easiest and I keep it on file & call you before it is run or get a date I can run it from you and its all set 

Price Adjustments:

As of Feb 27th 2014AVON will no longer offer price adjustments

So when placing your orders please be SURE you have submitted any backorders in the proper campaign to get the right price. Only AVON errors will be fixed. Any errors made by us on ordering cannot be fixed to adjust a price.

I understand I am responsible for the charges for the merchandise I pick up & deliver to my personal clients and will pay in full the wholesale amount due ( PUT IN at pickup or Prior)______for the products received at my discounted pricing in a timely manner.

I understand that if I have paid by check or CC in the event my funds are not good I will be responsible for immediately covering any fees associated with the bad debt. I understand I must be prompt with pick up and with delivery to my personal clients. If any items need to be returned from my clients, I will also be prompt with getting those items back to Lisa Monoson in a timely manner. Any exchanges or credits for products need to be mentioned a.s.a.p. or before the next campaign order is due. This agreement can be changed or altered at any time with the signature of both parties. However, Lisa Monoson reserves the right to terminate the relationship at any time. I agree to the conditions in this sub- seller agreement and understand that Lisa Monoson will hold meresponsible for all money & orders placed that I ______personally order.
