There are many differences when writing in Czech and English. There are even more differences between general English and scientific English. This course guides students through the academic writing process, focusing on how to write abstracts, introductions, methods, results, and discussions. Basic and advanced writing strategies will be taught, students will learn how to review their own writing, and students will learn how to respond to a reviewer’s comments. This class is NOT an opportunity for students to simply get their papers edited; it is a course designed to teach students how to become better writers.Lectures:
